Barrie Taxi Ltd. completed its annual “Cabs for Cancer” which took place in October to support Breast Cancer awareness month and November, to support men’s Prostate Cancer awareness, was a tremendous success.

During the campaign Barrie Taxi Ltd. changed the colour of one of the fleet vehicles from the usual black and yellow to a vibrant curly moustache covered pink and $1 from every ride taken in this cab was donated to support patient care at the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.

Nearly $1,500 was raised.
