The Barrie R & F Construction minor bantam 'AA' Colts and the Richmond Hill Stars went pink in support of the Weekend To End Breast Cancer on Friday night.
The players laced their skates and taped their sticks in pink to commemorate the occasion.
Richmond Hill got off to the early lead but Barrie came up with a 5-3 win.
The ceremonial puck was dropped by Christian Vit, a member of the Richmond Hill team, who recently completed chemotherapy and radiation for Hodgkin's disease.
The Barrie team presented him with a Colts jersey and, with the help of everyone else that night, helped raise $770.
