Bradford man faces break-in charge

BRADFORD – Some old-fashioned police work led to the arrest of a man wanted for a break-in at a woman's home last month.

On Oct. 4 at 8 a.m., a Miller Park Avenue woman came home to find a man in her home. He pushed past the woman, police said, and fled west on Holland Street West.

Officers responded, including the canine unit, but could not find the man – who had entered the home through a ground-floor window. It was a fingerprint found at that window that helped police identify the suspect.

On November 23, a  26-year-old Bradford man was located, arrested and charged with breaking and entering. He has a December court date.
