SIMPSON, Jean -Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Monday July 21, 2008. Jean Simpson, in her 89th year, beloved wife of the late Roy Simpson. Loving Mother of Ron (Jen) Simpson and Debbie (Jim) Nissen. Jean is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and her 8 great-grandchildren and her brother Bob (Audy) Fletcher. CORDERY, Dena (member of the Daughters of England Lodge and the Queens City Council Lodge) -suddenly at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Monday July 21, 2008. Dena Cordery of Innisfil, formerly of Leaside, in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Cordery for 75 years. Loving mother of Geraldine "Gerry" Boss, Donald Cordery and his wife Carol, Brenda Henderson and her husband Terry, Neal Cordery and his wife Suzanne, and predeceased by her son Buddy. Dear grandmother of 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. LAWRENCE, Donald -Passed away peacefully after a brief illness on July 21st, 2008, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie. He will be greatly missed by his wife of sixty-four years, Margaret, and his five daughters, Sandy Street (Barry), Judy Bates (Bob), Donna Kelly (Bruce), Dianne MacDonald (John) and Wendy Galati (Graziano). He will also be sadly missed by his 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Donald is also survived by his brother Carmen Lawrence (Rita) and was predeceased by his brother Jack Lawrence (Teresa). Donald lived for his family and loved his work as a mechanic, machinist, millwright and tool and dye maker. According to Don's wishes a private family service will be held.
